ExxonMobil Chemical is collecting your name, company email address, company phone address, job title and office location. Based on this notice, the personal information collected
- is used for your user profile in all C.360 applications
- by any ExxonMobil Affiliate is expected to process it in accordance with the purposes and disclosures set out in this notice and the ExxonMobil Data Privacy Principles.
- will also be shared with Salesforce.com on an exceptional basis; having proper agreements in place we expect those 3rd parties to protect your personal data consistent with applicable policies and laws
- will be retained for the duration of the user having an active license in the C.360 platform.
When living in a country with comprehensive data privacy laws, certain rights in relation to the information collected may apply, including:
- the right to know and see what personal information is processed;
- the right to have inaccurate personal information corrected or deleted;
- General Data Privacy Notice(s) (GDPN)

Only certain sources of competitive information are legitimate and care is required to ensure that (1) EM does not solicit or receive inappropriate information, and (2) EM can evidence that the competitive information has been obtained in a lawful manner.
When documenting market intelligence, include source details (e.g., name of person/title/company or publication, date, time, location) and context within which the information was obtained.
